"Mudgee winemaker David Lowe made this unique wine from early-picked grapes grown at 1100m above sea level... The result is a tasty dry chardonnay at just 10.5 per cent alcohol. Lowe compares it in style to Chablis... and there's certaintly an echo of this in the wine's delicious, light, minerally flavour and bone-dry finish. We might call it a Chablis style with Australian characteristics. 4 Stars."

"A gorgeous cool-climate riesling with sweetness and racy acidity giving a thrilling palate. Rich, complex honeysuckle aromas suggesting some botrytis; power and richness allied with delicacy in the mouth. Lovely acidity assists tightness and length. Now to 2020. 12 per cent alcohol. 94/100 Food: fish with hollandaise"

"Certified organic, unfiltered, rustic and honest, this merlot is all about dark plum compote with cinnamon again, but five spice edges as well. The fruit sweetness is spot on and the oak handling deft, its age just starting to bring on some leathery tones. It's very easy drinking and most desirable in its blackberry beauty. Food: Sirloin with red wine jus."
